Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is primarily responsible for generating field-based activity to drive increased enrollment. Included are duties related developing local relationships with community partners, supporting agents, planning and managing local enrollment events, and getting storefronts established. Duties may include access to information systems containing protected enrollee information, including federal tax information, protected health information, and personally identifying information.To review the job description, CLICK HERE
This position is located in Los Angeles County.

Familiar with Los Angeles County
Familiar with the health care industry as it relates to the affordable care act, health care exchanges (i.e. Covered California), health care plans, providers, health care benefits, etc.
At least one year experience working with health insurance agents or insurance agents.
At least one year of outside Sales experience in working with internal and external partners.
At least one year of customer service skills with internal and external customers.
Experience using a customer relationship management application such as Salesforce.
A minimum of six months experience in community relations in the private and public sectors.
At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
