The Williams Institute on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Public Policy at UCLA School of Law is seeking its next Executive Director, an individual with creativity and vision who will: lead a team of talented and experienced researchers and staff; engage a committed group of volunteers, donors, and advisory councils; represent the Institute to the public, press, and policymakers; and oversee its core programs, fundraising, and operations.

2017 Summer Law Fellowship Program

The deadline to apply is February 17, 2017.

For the summer of 2017, the Williams Institute will award 1-2 summer law fellowships which provide law students, or recent law school graduates, with a $5,000 stipend for 10 weeks of full-time work with the Williams Institute.   Fellows will engage in legal research and writing to support Williams Institute projects focused on law and policy issues impacting LGBT people.

The Williams Institute would like to thank Mike Gleason and Dave Kettel, Stu Walter and The Palm Center for providing funding for the Gleason/Kettel, Stu Walter and the Palm Center fellowships respectively.
